Registered with wrong email

Like others, I made a typo when setting up my account. Added an extra "s" in the email. I can't log-in now as when I tried to change the email, I reset the password, but that went to the email, which is incorrect and doesn't exist. I tried to set up a new account with the correct email, but I already linked my social media to the other account, so it is useful. I need help please getting into the original account so that I can change the password and the email. Thank you.
