This morning, February 28, we have enabled ‘Single Sign-On’ so that you can use your Hootsuite account credentials to log into the Hootsuite Community Forum. When prompted, please log in using the same credentials you use when logging into the Hootsuite dashboard.

Mailchimp Stream Showing Oldest Results First

My Mailchimp streams are showing the oldest results first. I've disconnected the app, deleted the streams, signed out of Hootsuite, and still not seeing a change. Has anyone experienced this issue?

    Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community Support Forum. Sorina here, from the Support team, happy to help.

    In order to fix this, please follow these steps:
    1. Uninstall the Mailchimp app.
    • Select App Directory  from the launch menu.
    • Select Installed Apps from the list on the left.
    • Click Delete  beside the app.
    • Click OK.
    2. Clear your cached messages within Hootsuite (Settings > Preferences > Clear cached messages).
    3. Clear your browser's data and cookies (see these steps).
    4. Log back into your Hootsuite account.
    5. Reinstall the Mailchimp app in the Hootsuite dashboard.
    • Select App Directory  from the launch menu.
    • Under All Apps, search and select the Mailchimp app, and then click Install App.
    • Click Finish.
