Unable To Sync at This TIme
I'm trying to add a new social network to Hootsuite, but when I got to put the notifications on the app I get an error message that says "unable to sync at this time". Is there something I'm missing?

I am sorry to hear that. What kind of social network were you trying to add?
To confirm, you were able to add the social network successfully and the issue is just with turning on the notifications. Is that correct?
Please try logging in & out of the app to see if the issue persists after.
