Adding Facebook Page to account

Hello,

I was attempting to add another Facebook business page to our account but when I enter the password into the prompt asking to re-enter the password for the Facebook account where we have multiple business pages, the prompt simply reloads-- no error message is displayed but the password doesn't seem to be accepted.

I have restarted the browser, the computer as whole, and cleared the cache in Hootsuite.

If anyone could shed some insight on this issue it would be greatly appreciated!
