Connection Error when logging in to the Android App

Hi, I am trying to log in with Google to the android app: First it shows "signing in..." then it shows "Importing account" And then I get the error: "Connection Error Unable to sign in. Try again later." I have this message for a couple of days now. What I tried: - deleted cache and app data - reinstalled app - checked the Hootsuite account and setup 2FA authentication - tried with email sigh in with this it asks for the google authenticator number, which I enter then I get the same error, but after clicking OK, the app hangs Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks Orsi
