Auto billed please refund

Hi there, 

I am a potential marketing student and I have an issue regarding my account. 

I purchased the app and signed up for the pro free trial as prompted by a social media market course I attended.

I set an alarm to cancel on the subscription day, which I did after realizing I was charged. I should have set the alarm for the day before but cancelling the same day for a trial usually works out for me. 

I saw that the cancellation was for April 16 (day I cancelled) and figured a refund would be in place. 

The cancellation is for April 2019 so I am now subscribed for a year of service that I do not want nor need. 

Could I please discuss pro rating and refunding my course with someone? I've opened several tickets with no response.
