Samsung S7 Hootsuite App won't show notifications/Unable to refresh Push Notifications

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Hootsuite, and have made sure Notifications are enabled as well as  checking the Battery Usage app isn't blocking notifications. I am using the latest software on both my phone and from Hootsuite. How can I get the notifications working as at the moment I am unable to publish videos and I want to fix this ASAP! Thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Community Forum! 

    I can recommend at this time is freeing up some space on your mobile device or logging into the Hootsuite mobile app from a different device that has enough storage room left on it.

    However, could you please let us know if you are receiving any error/warning messages?
