Unable to refresh your Push Subscriptions


I just signed up and downloaded the app because the website said I needed to for Instagram. After installing, I followed the steps but I keep getting this message. Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. I have a Samsung Galaxy J7

    Thank you for reaching out to the Hootsuite support team. My name is Serban and I’m happy to assist you.

    Firstly, if you have a Samsung device, please go to Apps > Settings > Applications > More > Special Access > Optimize Battery Usage > select Hootsuite. Make sure that this option is disabled, so that push subscriptions can be enabled from within the Hootsuite app.

    After this, please log out of the Hootsuite and log back in.
