I can't get Hootsuite to recognize my instagram user name.
I logged out of my instagram account and also changed my password. Hootsuite still gives me the message: Please enter a correct username and password. Note that both fields are case-sensitive.

Would you please follow these steps on your web dashboard:
1.) Open an Incognito or Private Window in your web browser (
2.) Sign in to Hootsuite.
3.) Reconnect your Instagram account:
