How do I add a company FB page to Hootsuite? I am an admin for the FaceBook page. When I try to add Facebook as a new Social Network, it says I have to be logged in as myself and not as the admin of the page I am adding. I only want to add the business page I am the admin for into Hootsuite, not my individual account or any other page I am the admin for.

I have searched high and low for an answer on the forums and cannot find an answer. Thank you in advance.

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to the Community Forum! 

When adding your Facebook Pages, Company Pages and Groups they appear within the same window. You need to have admin access through your personal Facebook Profile for each Page that you are trying to add. 

It is important to note that you must use your Personal Facebook Profile credentials to get access to your Facebook Company Page. This is due to your Personal credentials being linked to your Company Page. You do not have to add your Personal Profile

In the screenshot below your Company Page will appear below your Personal info. In this case it appears as "Amanda's Page."



If you do not see your Facebook Pages as outlined in the above screenshot you will need to sign in to Facebook and revoke Hootsuite's access and add it again. Here are the steps on how to revoke Hootsuite's access. 

It is also important to note that you must click "Okay" on all Facebook pop-ups. Clicking skip will disable the ability to post on behalf of your Facebook Page.
