Import From Google Plus

I'm trying to link up one of my Google Plus Pages but whenever I click on the plus image it dosn't do anything.



Its let me import the other Pages I have. Its just this one that it wont.

I think it might be becuase I've already used that page with a Hootsuite account before, but that account has been deleted so shouldn't be active anymore.

As a first troubleshooting step, can you please clear your dashboard cache by going to Settings > Preferences > Clear Cached Messages?

If you're still unable to add the Google+ Page in question, can you please try through a different browser?

I'm having the same issue. Clearing cache and using another browser did not help.

Hootsuite won't import 7 of my 21 google+ pages, I click the plus button, it animates, then nothing happens. I'm importing them to an organization, had it all set up previously and it worked fine. Had to change users and start over.

Have you tried clearing the cookies and cache on your current browser? http://help.hootsuite.com/entries/222...

Should that not work, to ensure this is not the result of a faulty connection between Google Plus and HootSuite, I'd recommend the following (Please note these steps will remove any messages currently scheduled for your Google Plus accounts, so I'd like to advise taking a copy of them before you do so)

1. Log into https://accounts.google.com/b/0/Issue...

2. Click on "Revoke Access" next to HootSuite

3. Log into HootSuite and attach your Google Plus pages again

I've tried on multiple browsers and multiple computers with the same result.

Clearing cache did not fix.

Revoking access did not fix.

Please advise.

It's been 9 days, if this can't be resolved it makes Hootsuite useless to me.

I'm attempting to add my Google+ page to my Hootsuite account. It tells me "We found the following Pages you're connected to that you can import to HootSuite," but when I click the button to import it, it runs the loading animation for half a second but then does nothing.

What can I do to get the page to import properly?

Thank you very much for your patience while our Development Team was working to address the issue you reported, in which some of your Google Plus pages were not showing when completing the 'Add a Social Network' process in HootSuite.

A fix for this issue was completed yesterday afternoon, after our team was able to investigate using the examples you provided.

We found the pages that you were attempting to add were showing in our database without a correct ownerID. This was causing an exception in our system, which resulted in the pages not being displayed for you after logging in with Google.

We appreciate your patience while we worked to diagnose this ticket and we kindly request you attempt to 'connect to Google Plus' again at your convenience. If you notice that your pages are not being displayed as now expected, please let us know and we will investigate further.

Hi ive been trying to add my web hosting company's G+ page for a while now while it says it connects on Hootsuite's end i never get a notification from Google saying hootsuite is allowed access resulting in none of my posts showing up on Google plus. I thought you all fixed the issue whats the deal?

Same here. I keep getting the message " It appears that you do not have any Google+ Pages to add at this time."

I do have a page
I cleared the cache
I cleared the cookies
I tried with a different browser

I'm hoping this has been resolved because I have 2 pages (one personal, one business) and only one is coming thru.

I also have the same problem...Come on HootSuite...this thread has been going on over a year now.  I'm finding it hard to believe that the issue has not been resolved yet.  I want to have all of my social networks in one place.  I may have to try some other resources.

Thank you for reaching out to us via the Community Forum? To help you with your issue I might need a little more information. Are you trying add a Google+ personal profile or a page? As of right now the Google+ public API does not allow anyone to add personal profiles into a third party application. 

If you are trying to add a Google+ Page that was previously added somewhere else you may need to reclaim your Social Network. Here is our Help Desk article that will help you reclaim your page. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
