Not receiving password reset link

Hi I am trying to change the password for my HootSuite account however when I reset the password, I don't receive the email link. Can You assist me in getting this resolved? Thanks

Sorry to hear that you and I couldn't resolve your issue. I have opened up a support ticket with one of our Customer Advocates. They will be emailing you later on and you will be able to resolve your issue through email with them! Enjoy your weekend!!

I have the same problem and never get the email with the link. I tried several times and the emails don't stuck in spam filters. Do you have a direct contact email for such an issue?

Hello, I am having the same problem.  I have read about two dozen posts on this board with people having the same problem and I have tried all of the fixes that were offered by Hootsuite... clearing my cache, checking the spam folder, etc. and nothing works... is there a contact email or phone number for customer service?
