Can't Re-connect Instagram / "Successful" Post Did Not Appear

Hi. I keep trying to re-connect my Instagram account to my HootSuite account, but it's not letting me. I keep getting this error message when I try and "connect" then "log into my insta acct"...

I was able to connect a few weeks ago and I just tested my posts the other day for the first time and I successfully posted to my FB and LI accounts, but the Insta acct was missing the post, though I did get an email stating it was successful.

Thoughts on both please? Thanks!
