App purchase failed!

Hi, 

I'm trying to install the RSS Autopublisher and every time I try to install it I keep getting an error message that says, "App purchase failed! Please update your billing info." But I have updated and correct billing info and everything is correct. There should be no problems with billing. 

Why do I keep getting this message and why can't I install the app?
