Not receiving password reset email

I have a pro-account and I seemed to forget my password. (cleared all my cookies and history and can't auto-log-in). But when I hit send email, I don't get the email. What suggestions do you have?

Brian did anyone respond to you at all about this to fix this problem for you?

No one ever responded. It took a couple of days to figure out, but I figured it out. As a premium user however, I must say I am highly disappointed with the level of customer service that hootsuite offers. Any issues that I ever need resolved either go unanswered, or 3 weeks later.

I Reached out to them via Twitter and Facebook. Eventually they responded and manually reset my password.
